Mouna’s practice focuses on products liability, mass torts, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Lynch Daskal Emery, LLP, Mouna served as the assistant compliance officer for The International Rescue Committee, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements arising from the Patriot Act, Executive Order 13224, and other anti-terrorism laws. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science/history and Middle Eastern studies from Rutgers University and J.D. from St. John’s University, which Mouna attended on a Dean’s Scholarship.
Mouna is conversant in several languages. She fluent in Arabic and French and proficient in Hebrew and Spanish.
