Ling practices in a wide range of areas, including products liability, commercial law, premises liability, professional liability, litigation, and torts. Before joining Lynch Daskal LLP, Ling defended clients before various U.S. federal agencies, and in Immigration Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals. She has a J.D. from New York Law School and master’s degrees in Fire Science and Criminal Justice. Her studies at the University of New Haven were inspired by Dr. Henry C. Lee’s contributions to forensic science.
Ling is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
