Howard’s practice has focused on products liability, toxic tort, mass tort, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He has obtained dispositive relief for chemical and product manufacturers in various jurisdictions involving asbestos products, petroleum distillate and other chemicals. He also participated in some of the largest environmental toxic tort cases in the country, helping to obtain relief for thousands of clients, developing legal theories that created new law in the process.
Howard obtained his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1991, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as before several Federal courts. He also holds degrees in English Literature, Hebrew Language and Literature and Speech/Drama, with honors, from Yeshiva University. Howard is the author of The Layman’s Guide to Surviving Cancer: From Diagnosis Through Treatment And Beyond (Langdon Street 2014).
