Diane has successfully represented major corporations in countless mass tort, products liability, and complex commercial disputes in state and federal litigations and trials across the country. Diane has also served as national coordinating counsel for Fortune 500 companies in cases involving prescription and over-the-counter medication, medical devices and asbestos, and has selected and supervised local counsel in virtually every jurisdiction in the United States.

Diane’s specialties include case preparation and coordination, settlement negotiations and serving as liaison with the Courts, Special Masters, co-defendants and plaintiffs’ counsel. She has successfully negotiated settlement of hundreds of asbestos cases with plaintiff’s counsel for a number of law firms across the country.

Diane received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992 and a B.A. in finance from Michigan State University in 1987. Diane is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. She is included in New York Super Lawyers, New York Super Lawyers Top Women Attorneys in New York, Top Attorneys in the New York Area, and has been included in New Jersey Super Lawyers.
