Andrew represents corporations in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.  He regularly defends manufacturers of consumer goods, industrial equipment, and automotive products in cases involving demands for significant damages, and represents plaintiffs in mass tort pharmaceutical litigation.  While focusing on defective design and product liability claims, Andrew also litigates cases involving construction defects, securities law, general negligence, and airport-related torts.

Andrew is well-versed in all phases of litigation, including preparation of affirmative and defensive pleadings, deposing fact and expert witnesses, preparing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, trial preparation, trial, and appeals.  In 2019, he was part of a trial team that obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a major airline in Kings County Supreme Court.

Andrew is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
