Larry’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including products liability, commercial and employment disputes, and white collar crime.  He has litigated matters involving toxic torts, products liability, shareholder derivative suits, securities, commercial contracts, fraud and commercial torts, and various criminal matters.  He has broad experience as lead attorney at numerous trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations in various products liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes in state and federal court.

Prior to joining LDE, Larry served as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent five years investigating and prosecuting hundreds of felony criminal cases.  He served as lead trial counsel in numerous felony trials and presented over 100 cases to grand juries.  He coordinated and supervised long term undercover investigations targeting narcotics organizations operating in public housing developments. He also investigated the money laundering activities of international narcotics trafficking organizations, which included the use of wiretaps and confidential informants and the analysis of various financial records.  As part of his investigatory and trial practice, he worked closely with many law enforcement agencies, including the New York City Police Department, the New York State Police, and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Larry is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Larry obtained a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2001, where he was a member of The Environmental Lawyer law journal and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.  He obtained a B.A., cum laude, from New York University in 1997.
